It's a two part chemical, but non-toxic and non-endothermic. Have the subject wear a cap, then mix these and dump it into a mold of your dewar. You'll have a minute or two before it hardens to squeeze the participant's head in (or squeeze it on the person's head). The result is smooth on the mold side and fits the participant on the inside.
