Hi Vicki
We switched to the HTTPS starting point URLs about a year ago now. Your base URL should be the HTTPS host, https://academic.oup.com/, hence the hyphens. I kept the legacy stanza above the new one but the official stanza says these can be removed: https://www.oclc.org/support/services/ezproxy/documentation/db/oxfordjournals.en.html -- I'm keeping them for another year in case some reading lists have the old hosts.
I note that some of the old hosts were not redirecting to https://academic.oup.com three days ago, e.g.
2017-11-19 18:57:37 getaddrinfo error nq.oupjournals.org -2
2017-11-19 18:57:37 UUConnect host 'nq.oupjournals.org' not found in DoTranslate
It should have redirected to https://academic.oup.com/nq -- today these hosts are redirecting...
# Notes and Queries
Host www.nq.oxfordjournals.org
Host nq.oxfordjournals.org
H https://nq.oxfordjournals.org
Kind regards,
Dom Benson

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Ezproxy Oxford Journals
Hi
We have started to experience a problem accessing Oxford Journals via Ezproxy - which we use for Summon discovery it is replacing full stops with dashes e.g. academic.oup.com.ezproxy.staffs.ac.uk to academic-oup-com.ezproxy.staffs.ac.uk/journals - and is not recognising our site so we are not getting full-text content via Ezproxy, they have the right IP range. We host Ezproxy. Has anybody else experienced this, Shibboleth is ok.
