We order EHESS copies through the DCS. We've found it very efficient so far. The copies are delivered directly into the DCS ready for use and often on the same day we place the order. It saves a bit of time not having to download the pdfs from the BL locally and then upload them to the DCS. You're able to preview the document before you accept it, so you can check the quality and that the correct pages have been included, which is good.
The only slight negative from our point of view is that you need to be logged into the DCS to see that the order has been fulfilled as you don't get an email confirmation.
