I redid the download and ran fslinstaller.py, which ran almost without error: Stage 2 was followed by 2 lines "100%", but then an error:
/usr/bin/env: 'bash -x': No such file or directory,
followed by Post installation setup complete.
I've tested a few commands and it seems to work.
2 questions:
Is it possible to download 5.0.9, as that is the version my colleagues are running
Have you any advice for how to get rid of the earlier install. /usr/bin has lots of fsl5.0- commands, which I can identify and delete. It was not a complete install, as eddy-openmp did not exist. Are there likely to be any off commands floating round in the registry or startup files?
Thanks for your help
Helen

Hello,
Can you try reinstalling fsl via the installer script and let me know if you get any error messages?
Kind Regards

I used the installation script and it seemed to run without error, however I have no /usr/local/fsl folder, and all the fsl utilities are in /usr/bin, with the prefix fsl5.0- in front of all the command names (e.g. to run bet I have to type fsl5.0-bet).
