Hello,
We’ve recently changed fslinstaller.py to install 5.0.10 directly rather than using neurodebian - does yum list fsl as being installed? If so you can remove it, and then try re-installing via the installer script again.
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards
Matthew

I used the installation script and it seemed to run without error, however I have no /usr/local/fsl folder, and all the fsl utilities are in /usr/bin, with the prefix fsl5.0- in front of all the command names (e.g. to run bet I have to type fsl5.0-bet).
