Dear Fsl experts,
I am really stuck at trying swap_subjectwise, I want to compare orientations of different measurements, therefore I need to start the swap_subjectwise command. With the suggestion of Saad
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1710&L=fsl&D=0&1=fsl&9=A&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4&P=140508
it did not work. So I guess the the folder structure of mine is not correct. If somebody knows exactly how to structure the files, please tell me.
In my case, I have 100 different measurements with dyad1 and dyad2 of the same subject. I need to know if dyad1 of measurement 2 correspond to dyad 1 of measurement 1 etc. Because in fibre crossing regions, where the partial volume is almost the same, sometimes dyad2 of measurement 1 could correspond to dyad 1 of measurement 2.
Thank you for any kind of help!
Best Max
