Hi all,
I am sending this email out again in the hopes someone can offer some guidance:
I am using feat to model two events in my event-related design using a FIR model (I plan to extract width and onset latency metrics for these two event types). Event durations are 8s, and ISIs are jittered [2-12s, average length 5s]. My TR is 2s. I chose the following parameters for the FIR model estimation:
Phase 0s
Number 10
Window 20s
I have run this FIR model for each run for each subject. My goal is to get subject-level voxel-wise timecourses for my two event types. I anticipate, then, that there should be two nifti files output as a result of this analysis that include 20s voxel-wise timecourses [based on my window size], one for each event.
Unfortunately I haven't found a file like this that is output by feat. The tsplots only provide information for the peak z state voxel or for the average of all activated voxels.
After I ran the 1st level (run-level) analyses, I ran the 2nd level fixed effects to combine results within-subject across runs [4 runs]. The output of this analysis gives tsplots for each of the contrasts, of which there are 10 for each event because I specified a number of 10. Regardless, these are still not the event-level timecourses I am looking for.
These files are necessary for my next step, which is to calculate the height, width, and latency for the timecourses on the voxel- and subject-level.
If anyone has any information on how to get these timecourses, it is much appreciated!
Thank you all
Dina Dajani
