Attached is a macro that I sent Rahel and which I guess is mostly working. It’s not polished, so you need to edit it as appropriate. In particular there are a few variables near the top that would generally need to be changed:
file_stub = 'output/peak_%d.pdf'
xRegionSize = 2.0 # ppm
yRegionSize = 8.0
The first one is where the output will go (and that directory must exist, the way the code is written). The *RegionSize is the size of the region around the peak that will be printed.
To install, go to the Macro —> Organise Macros dialog and then click on the Add Macro button at the bottom right. In the dialog that pops up, choose not only the file in the table at the top, but also the function printWindowByPeak in the table at the bottom.
