The University of Glasgow is seeking a Research Information Administrator - Digital Preservation.

Salary: Grade 5, £21,585 - £25,728 per annum, pro rata

Based in the Library, you will be working within the friendly and experienced digital preservation team, responsible for supporting digital preservation activities as part of a feasibility study.
We are looking for a Digital Preservation Administrator to analyse and prepare records for digital preservation, providing regular updates on specialised testing and supporting user training. You will be able to feedback project findings to the team and the wider digital preservation community.
You will have demonstrable experience in software testing, combined with excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
Any experience of delivering digital preservation services would be an advantage.
Indicative weekly hours are approximately 15 per week, however hours can be worked flexibly in line with the needs of the project and through discussion with the line manager of the post.
