CBICA writes and distributes software for use on clusters & desktops. As
part of determining what OSs to target in our Cancer Imaging Phenomics
Toolkit (CaPTk)[1] (and for Linux distributions, what GLIBC release
levels), I would greatly appreciate your feedback about the operating
systems you are using to run FSL, whether locally on a desktop PC or on
an HPC cluster.
Feel free to forward this query.
I'm interested in the following:
Environment:
OS/distribution:
Industry:
Other (optional):
Feel free to reply to me off the list -- I'll summarize all responses,
and will keep any specific details confidential at your request.
For example, for our lab, I would respond:
Environment: Cluster 1 (production)
OS/distribution: Linux/CentOS6
Industry: academia
Environment: Cluster 2 (Q1 2018)
OS/distribution: Linux/CentOS7
Industry: academia
Environment: various desktop PCs
OS/distribution: Linux/Ubuntu 16.04, Windows 7 Enterprise
Industry: academia
Thanks,
Mark
