Good Afternoon,
I'm a Contracted Engineer working in the Island of Guernsey (not part of the
NHS & VERY Complex Funding scenario) and I have been tasked with setting up
a Stealth Products I-Drive Headrest Array.
We've fitted the headrest to a Salsa Mini got it working with the service
user's preferred drive profiles and menu layouts.
The Service user has had to progress from a Single finger operated buddy
button to the 'egg switch' and the interval for the 'double tap' to enter
the mode select on the omni is now too short.
I've installed the Advanced Programming software and configured the .NET
network software to connect the iDrive via USB. It connects no problem, but
asks for Dealer access codes to change any settings, when you cancel the
log-in window, it allows you to see the diagnostics, but thats all your
limited to.
Is there a generic access for this or would this have been set specifically
to the i-Drive module?
All Help is greatly accepted as the prognosis of the service user is
Terminal and Short.
Notes:
I have tried to contact Chris Sharpe from BES but he is on AL, no-one else
from BES has knowledge of this i'm told.
Many Thanks
Pierre
