Dear Colleagues,
The Guildhall School of Business and Law welcomes your help as an External Examiner for our BA Music Business and Live Entertainment, from NOVEMBER 2017 and for a four-year tenure (until October 2021).
The course has ten modules including 3 cores and 2 options at level 5, and 5 cores at level 6 (of which one is a UG Dissertation). This BA programme belongs to a wider Subject Standards Board - the Creative Industries and Aviation SSB cluster.
Applicants should have external examiner experience in this relevant subject area. The role will include assessing the quality and standards of modules/awards on this programme, students’ assessment submissions, as well as attending our yearly July 'Performance Enhancement Meeting' (Exam board) as per academic calendar. Further information can be forwarded.
Please note that only candidates in UK HEIs can be considered. We are particularly interested to hear from individuals who have experience of, and/or are willing to, examine online via the University VLE.
If you are interested in helping us as an External Examiner, please kindly send me an electronic copy (Word or PDF) of your CV as soon as practical.
With thanks in anticipation
