Hi starlink veterans,
I just attempted to download something from
http://www.starlink.ac.uk/topcat, which is the URL I usually quote
for the topcat website, and I see that www.starlink.ac.uk seems
to have disappeared. I'm not a DNS expert, but it looks like
the DNS record has gone, though (e.g.) ftp.starlink.ac.uk still exists:
andromeda % nslookup ftp.starlink.ac.uk
Server: 137.222.10.39
Address: 137.222.10.39#53
Non-authoritative answer:
ftp.starlink.ac.uk canonical name = tethys.bnsc.rl.ac.uk.
Name: tethys.bnsc.rl.ac.uk
Address: 130.246.33.55
andromeda % nslookup www.starlink.ac.uk
Server: 137.222.10.39
Address: 137.222.10.39#53
** server can't find www.starlink.ac.uk: NXDOMAIN
I'm sure it was there until quite recently.
This may be transient, but I don't recall ever seeing it happen before.
Does anybody know who I need to ask about it?
Thanks
Mark
