Places are still available for the forthcoming AMARC conference on the subject of Art and Archives: Tracing the art world through archival sources.
Date: 6 November
Place: Foyle Room, British Library
The conference will explore the richness of archives as sources for the study not only of specific works of art, but also the development of artistic institutions, collections and scholarship. Archivists, curators and researchers from the British Library, the Royal Academy, the National Gallery, Tate and the University of Manchester will be speaking at the conference. The AMARC AGM will be held immediately after lunch.
