Digital Marketing Day is an annual day conference run by the Arts Marketing Association (AMA) which brings together 150+ arts, culture and heritage professionals looking to change the role digital plays in their organisation.
Digital Marketing Day 2017 — Getting To Know You, will explore how we harness digital technologies to tell stories, build trust and connect with our audiences, looking at some of the most innovative work taking place in the sector as well as practical approaches to digital transformation.
Speakers are drawn from across the arts, heritage and tech sectors, with museum-led sessions this year including The National Holocaust Centre and Museum sharing an insight into their remarkable Forever Project, and the British Museum discussing how they have developed a digital customer service strategy.
Getting To Know You will take place on Friday 1 December 2017 at the Barbican Centre in London. You can find out more about the cost, speakers and programme here: http://www.a-m-a.co.uk/learn/digital-marketing-day-2017/
We hope to see you there.
All the best,
Sam
