Hi FSL experts,
(I recently reached out about a nudge xfm issue, I was able to resolve that, thanks anyway)
I am attempting to run bedpostx on some data. The output of bedpostx_datacheck looks good, as far as I can tell:
bedpostx/data
data_type FLOAT32
dim1 256
dim2 256
dim3 80
dim4 1020
datatype 16
pixdim1 0.500000
pixdim2 0.500000
pixdim3 1.000000
pixdim4 1.000000
cal_max 0.0000
cal_min 0.0000
file_type NIFTI-1+
bedpostx/nodif_brain_mask
data_type FLOAT32
dim1 256
dim2 256
dim3 80
dim4 1
datatype 16
pixdim1 0.500000
pixdim2 0.500000
pixdim3 1.000000
pixdim4 1.000000
cal_max 0.0000
cal_min 0.0000
file_type NIFTI-1+
num lines in bedpostx/bvals
1
num words in bedpostx/bvals
1020
num lines in bedpostx/bvecs
3
num words in bedpostx/bvecs
3060
When I run bedpostx, however, I see the following output:
Making bedpostx directory structure
Queuing preprocessing stages
Queuing parallel processing stage
----- Bedpostx Monitor -----
An error ocurred. Please check file /Users/jessicaphillips/Documents/Data/IMAGING/Noam/eddy_FAmask/bedpostx.bedpostX/logs/bpx_preproc.e6696
Killed: 9
The contents of the logfile I am directed to are:
usr/local/fsl/bin/bedpostx_preproc.sh: line 77: 6895 Killed: 9 ${FSLDIR}/bin/fslslice ${subjdir}/data
Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Jessica
