but there is still the problem that matlab switches the names PHI and Theta compared to FSL. Their elevation angle called phi instead of theta.
So I guess for estimating the true phi for Fsl I have to take matlab's theta values?
the matlab docu says: (azimuth TH, elevation PHI)
and FSL: (azimuth PHI, Polar TH)
because of that I wrote
phi(fsl)=pi/2-th(matlab)
theta(fsl)=phi(matlab)
Is that correct?
