Hello,
I already ran randomise once and produced corrected p maps (for voxel level and tfce correction). I realized afterwards that I also wanted the uncorrected p maps as well. To produce the uncorr maps, do I need to rerun randomise all over again (all 5,000 permutations) or is there a way to tell randomise the permutations have already been done, e.g., is there information stored in the corrp maps that randomise can use to create the uncorr maps? This would save me a lot of time,
Thank you,
