Dear All,
The Gardens Trust has received this query from Dacorum BC. Surprisingly
we do not have an examples of enforcement being taken on our Casework Log
which goes back 15 years. Does anyone have any helpful pointers? Would
Article 4 Directions be helpful here? Any thoughts gratefully received.
Best wishes

Subject: enforcement question
Hello
I was wondering if you could give me a call or could email me with some
examples of enforcement being taken against unauthorised works to a
registered park and garden. I have currently got a garden where there has
been a variety of unauthorised works. We have served a stop notice and are
now pursuing enforcement but it would be useful to see what other
authorities have done in these instances in particular with getting the
landscape reinstated. Any advice would be welcome as I haven’t had to
tackle unauthorised works to a registered park before.
Kind Regards
Neil

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
Dacorum Borough Council has now started to charge a CIL on residential and
retail developments within its administrative area. In order to calculate
any CIL Charges and to administer the procedures set out in the CIL
Regulations we require the submission of a CIL Additional Information Form
with all planning applications even those for which no charge may
ultimately be levied.
