Hi FSLuser
I made a VBM and checked the final results and I have several clusters (10 clusters, in fact) thresholded at the same value but I want to create masks of each cluster separately but if I use fslmaths to mask my cluster I just get one mask with all clusters that I obtained. Any suggestion using FSL to create a mask of each cluster? or is there another program to do something like this? I am trying to do this manually but I prefer to do it automatically to avoid bias.
Thanks everyone
