You’ll be joining a small, cutting edge team, focused solely on our closed loop feedback and survey design project
What you’ll do
This is a new product area, delivering closed loop feedback and survey design, and our team are launching and implementing brand new survey methodology across the bank. Your remit will span across contact design, campaign design principles, analytics and sampling.
You’ll provide high quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution. You’ll capture and validate documents and business and data requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles.
