How is the African Elite and Politicians approaching the problem as
the lowly of African stock are against the emerging developments?
Is Africa facing 1776 European and America Urban crisis with massive
population growth, rural –urban influx, demand for housing and surging
unemployment albeit expanding economic activities?
What are the conditions like in the technology age?
What do governments do with a youthful majority population making over
70% of the population with their lives organised along the digital
phenomenon?
Are smart cities a reality in Africa?
Mobile banking, automated water and electricity metering, vehicle
tracking, e-Taxation, e- Government, e-Health are some of the new
emerging features in Africa.
Infrastructure bottlenecks both system and physical networks are being
reorganised. Technology is moving faster in Africa society
re-organisation than African governments can ever imagine
comprehending.
The populations are increasing at more than 3.4% every quarter year.
Land is fixed and demand for food is increasingly becoming a point of
critical attention for an ever increasing urban population.
