Dear Viktor,
this can be done by changing the defaults via the spm_get_defaults
function (see also the help for this function). In order to change the
high-pass filter from a (default) period of 128 sec to e.g. 80 sec type:
spm_get_defaults('stats.fmri.hpf',80)
This will affect the defaults for the current Matlab-session (as far as
I know).
