Dear Jo,
My advice would be to follow the indications of the example 1 here:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM/Group_Analysis
and use several one and two sample t-tests.
You probably can fix your script by removing the index on SPM.xCon:
SPM.xCon = spm_FcUtil('Set',cname,'F','c',c',SPM.xX.xKXs);
