Please find attached the final schedule for SRN2017, Aug 28-31st, at the University of Otago in Aotearoa New Zealand. A copy will be loaded onto the SRN2017 website tomorrow also.
Please note that timetable changes cannot be accommodated at this stage. PLEASE ALSO CHECK TO SEE WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN PLACED AS A CHAIR THROUGHOUT THE SCHEDULE (search under your last name; you may appear in more than one place). For the most part, I have tried to place people who have already indicated their willingness to assist, but I have also had to select a few other people. I'm relying on your good will in this regard--and Pippi and I also will try to contact you individually over the next few days to check in with you. I hope you will be able to help us here and thank you in advance.
I also want to let you know that there will be a catered reception on the first evening [Monday] (incl. drinks), five morning and afternoon teas, and a light lunch on the Tues and Wed. Thursday's lunch is on your own. I also want to recommend again the special tours we have organised for the SRN group: the Monarch trip is "once in a lifetime" and I personally believe it is Dunedin's best attraction: there's boat travel and it might be a bit chilly, but it is a really special experience and, no kidding, it literally goes RIGHT PAST OUR HOUSE ON THE PENINSULA. A true Kiwi experience of the very best sort.
