The fodfs in bedpostx are by construction as sharp as it gets (sum of delta functions on the sphere).
What you can control is the sensitivity to detect fibre crossings, using the “w” parameter (which adjusts the ARD priors on the volume fractions). However, you need to have a very good reason to move away from the default value of 1 and we do not normally recommend doing that.
