Hi Ian,
I've sent you an email off forum with a screenshot. But yes you could use Pause Mode or the shortcuts to jump from the Audio Pane to the Text Pane. Say 'Wake Up' dictate straight into and then say 'Go to Sleep' before returning to the Audio Pane to continue listening back.
