Hello,
the first thing to clarify is that there is no one "native space", but
that each subject basically defines his/her own native space. Therefore,
you will need to compute the transformation that brings data from your
individual subject into MNI space. Then, you can use that transformation
to derive the MNI coordinate to which a given subject's given
native-space point is transferred. If you search the list archives, this
later part has been covered quite frequently.
