Hi,
Now I am trying to run FIX with Octave script.
I am using Mac OS (sierra) and installed R (R version 3.2.1 (2015-06-18)) and Octave (4.2.1) with all packages which mentioned in a README file.
I have run my own data (single subject, with full first level processing) with MELODIC gui.
After I got <mel.ica>, I run FIX with the below command.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
fix -f <mel.ica>
--------------------------------------------------------------------
I succeeded got 'fix_0a ~ fix_0c' output files but the problem started from 'fix_1a_extract_features' with a below error message.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
'aryule' undefined near line 11 column 21
--------------------------------------------------------------------
I think that I did set correctly in 'settings.sh' what the README file suggested.

# Set this to the Octave start-up options. Typically you will need to
# enable 'MATLAB' mode (--traditional) and disable display output
FSL_FIX_OCOPTS="--traditional -q --no-window-system"
# Set this to the Octave 'evaluate string' option
FSL_FIX_OCEVAL="--eval"
# Set this to the pass in file option
FSL_FIX_OCFILE=""
# Part III General settings

# This variable selects how we run the MATLAB portions of FIX.
# It takes the values 0-2:
# 0 - Try running the compiled version of the function
# 1 - Use the MATLAB script version
# 2 - Use Octave script version
FSL_FIX_MATLAB_MODE=2

Is there anyone who know to fix this ?
Thank you in advance.
