Hello FSL Community,
My colleague attempted to use FDT diffusion function of FSL, specifically DTIFIT Reconstruct diffusion tensors, with all files specified manually. The program appears to be loading for a period of time before displaying the error message: "Errors: child killed: killed signal". They were, however, able to successfully run the same procedure by accessing their university's shared virtual machine in a web browser.
The machine in question:
Windows 10 running VMware 12 with CentOS 7.
FSL 5.0.10 with FMRIB's Diffusion Toolbox 3.0
I am not sure what specific version or operating system in run on the university's machine, but I can try to get that information if it would be of help. I have also attached a screenshot of the incident.
Thank you,
-Nathan
