For the method I suggested, enter the design:
- cond1: onsets = 0:29, dur = 1, TR=1
- cond2: onsets = 30:59, dur =1
- cond3: onsets = 60:89, dur = 1
- cond4: onsets = 90:119, dur = 1
Then select your conditions in that exact order (30 files from cond 1
then 30 files from cond 2, ...).
I don't know where the error might be coming from without seeing the
full design and looking at your model. Can you try the first solution
with leave-one-subject-out or k-folds on subject (k=5 or 10 is typically
recommended).
