Same here... totally agree with the gain in customer relations outweighing the money we would collect.

Hi Chris,
We haven't fined anyone for decades. We just invoice them for the replacement price after about 6 weeks. We email 3 days before an item is due and then a couple of emailed overdue reminders before the bill. The gain in customer relations outweighs the small amount of money we'd collect.
