Information Learning Services is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, pro-active individual to act as a trainee Academic Liaison Librarian. Working with others in the Academic Services Team, your focus will be to develop the skills necessary for providing and developing Digital and Information Skills training, providing resource support, developing the University's collections and contributing to the validation and revalidation of programmes and portfolio areas.
We are seeking applications from a broad range of candidates to this post, including those yet to complete a postgraduate qualification in Information and Library Management. Essential skills include excellent communication, self-motivation, the ability to work collaboratively and a focus on information literacy.
