GIS Consultant (Ref TW-17-04)
Based in Stirling, UK. Salary Range for the role - £20,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.

We have an immediate requirement for a GIS Consultant to provide consultancy, technical support, guidance and advice on GIS products and solutions for our growing customer base across the UK.
The GIS Consultant will have a key role in providing technical customer support, data management, the delivery of GIS training and working as part of a team to deliver a wide variety of GIS project work. You will also assist with pre and post sales technical consultancy and input to the design, development, testing and training of new products and services.
We focus on the use of Open Source GIS, so you will ideally have experience with QGIS and PostGIS. Experience with Python scripting, web development and other Open Source technologies would be an advantage. We work in an Agile environment so experience with Agile Scrum would be desirable.
You will demonstrate a good working knowledge of digital mapping, geographic information and related standards. Experience with address gazetteers would be an advantage.
