Our upgrade to Q2 2017 CU2 is planned for 16th July; I asked for an urgent update on the situation via our ticket on BtB and have been told this:
A fix has been developed for Q2 2017 CU2 and the new version is 3200.0.2-rel.37+f07d42b
We will apply the fixed version 3200.0.2-rel.37+f07d42b during your upgrade time.
So it sounds like the new version of CU2 has been released; hopefully this means those who have had their upgrades postponed or cancelled will be able to upgrade to this new version soon.
Best
Chris

Hello,
We had our upgrade scheduled for this weekend, needless to say we are postponing for 2 weeks at this stage, no word of fix yet.

We've just had this response so far - but no indication of timescale for a fix.
