Hi FSL Experts,
I am trying to run BIANCA. I have set up my images following the user guide provided (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/BIANCA/Userguide).
My command line call is:
bianca --singlefile=BIANCA_master.txt --querysubjectnum=6 --brainmaskfeaturenum=1 --labelfeaturenum=3 --trainingnums=1,2,3,4,5 --featuresubset=1,2 -o BIANCA_results/sub6_bianca -v
BIANCA is able to read and learn my training set and read the query subject from the masterlist, however when it is applying the classifier it errors with this message:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/local/fsl-5.0.10/bin/bianca", line 1033, in <module>
p_main()
File "/usr/local/fsl-5.0.10/bin/bianca", line 1007, in p_main
labels = labelvals[idvals]
IndexError: index 361305 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 14875
I have confirmed all images are in my base image space and my training set has a binarized hyperintensity map in the base image space.
Any advice on what could be wrong would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
