Friends and Family of Eddy,
I have 32dir DTI data from a 3T Philips scanner (no research keys...so I'm stuck with the 32dir half-sphere gradient table). Trying to make the best of my scanner's limitations, I have acquired my 32dir single shot SE EPI sequence A2P and P2A and would like to determine if the option --slm=linear is advantageous for my scanner's data (from the eddy/UserGuide "If the data has quite few directions and/or is has not been sampled on the whole sphere it can be advantageous to specify --slm=linear."
I've processed the data with topup/eddy (FSLv5.0.10) with and without the --slm=linear flag...What is the recommended way to evaluate whether second level modeling is a good thing for my scanner's data?
Many Thanks,
Jenifer
