Research Associate/Biostatistician in Molecular Epidemiology
Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Imperial College London
Closing date: 31 August 2017
The Horizon 2020 project DynaHEALTH focuses on the combined impact of psychosocial stress and glycaemic metabolism on health throughout the life course. The project is looking for a Research Associate in Biostatistics to carry out statistical modelling of large-scale epigenome-wide DNA methylation and metabolomics datasets, and life course (longitudinal) modelling on multiple cohort studies, using clinical, lifestyle and high-dimensional omics datasets.
The post will be based in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Imperial College, which houses world-leading epidemiological resources, including phenotypic, genetic, DNA methylation, and other ‘–omic’ datasets. This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate in Statistics/Life Course Epidemiology to contribute to and help lead on the analyses for a large-scale European consortium.
