Hi all,
I'm trying to run multiple parametric modulators.
I made a matfile for my 5 conditions with onsets, names, durations and pmod which includes 6 parametric modulators, which apply to the first two conditions.
They are set up as:
pmod(1).name{1}= 'pmod1_name'
pmod(1).param{1}= [ x x x x x] double, same number as onsets of condition 1
pmod(1).poly{1}= 1
pmod(1).name{2}= 'pmod2_name'
pmod(1).param{2}= [ x x x x x] double, same number as onsets of condition 1
pmod(1).poly{2}= 1
...
pmod(1).name{6}= 'pmod2_name'
pmod(1).param{6}= [ x x x x x] double, same number as onsets of condition 1
pmod(1).poly{6}= 1
pmod(2).name{1}= 'pmod1_name'
pmod(2).param{1}= [ x x x x x] double, same number as onsets of condition 2
pmod(2).poly{1}= 1
pmod(2).name{2}= 'pmod2_name'
pmod(2).param{2}= [ x x x x x] double, same number as onsets of condition 2
pmod(2).poly{2}= 1
...
pmod(2).name{6}= 'pmod2_name'
pmod(2).param{6}= [ x x x x x] double, same number as onsets of condition 2
pmod(2).poly{6}= 1
but when i try to run my first level model specification with my matfile included in the multiple conditions I get the following error:
Failed 'fMRI model specification'
Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
In file "C:\Users\Maria\Desktop\Tools\spm12\config\spm_run_fmri_spec.m" (v6562), function "spm_run_fmri_spec" at line 136.
No executable modules, but still unresolved dependencies or incomplete module inputs.
From the error message it seems it is my multiple conditions matfile which is the problem. This worked previously when I only had pmod for one condition. Could it be the way that the two conditions are set up?
Any advice very much appreciated!
Maria
