Subject: seed identification
Dear all,
[cid:image001.png@01D2FCCE.5BE6A370]
I am in the field and away from any reference material, and, therefore, would like to request help with this seed. It comes from Katsambas, Herakleio, Crete and dated to c. 5000 BC (Mid-late Neolithic). It is very small as you see from the scale and I wonder whether it might be an Amaranthus sp.
Any help is most welcome. Thank you!
Anaya Sarpaki
