Just a reminder that the ideas generating event for Project Sculpture for Waterloo Bridge is taking place on Monday 19th June at City Hall London, starting at 5.30pm if you would like to come along and get involved. Please register though, as you will not be admitted without having registered.
This event is to generate ideas for sculptures (either actual sculptures, sound, light or other types of sculpture) for the four plinths of Waterloo Bridge, and the competition will be launched at the Thames Festival in 2017 and run for a year, culminating in the Thames Festival 2018, with a view to producing a permanent sculpture to be installed on one (or more) of the bridge plinths.
Further details about the project can be found on the Eventbrite page here.
