Dear UTSG Colleagues,
I am undertaking a literature on the value of journey quality in road transport. Have you been involved in or are aware of any recent studies on:
* Value of traveller information on route or journey time (either through mobile devices or VMS signs);
* Value of road quality (including quality of ride, road alignment, markings, street lighting, maintenance of verges, etc.); or
* Value of driver stress (independent of level of congestion, ie not already included in reliability measures)?
The primary interest is valuation of road attributes, but if information is available for other modes that is transferable it would be of interest too.
Best regards
James Laird
