Yes, we have a hosting service, so you can run CollectionsIndex+ on your 
own servers, or on your favourite hosting service, or on our hosting 
service.  The idea is we think the software is the important thing - 
where you run it is secondary; and it might change as your circumstances 
change or as the world changes around us.

When we're running it, then, yes, we do all the sys admin, backups, 
updates, and so on.

We do occasionally do system admin where we're not the hosting provider, 
as an extension to the normal support arrangements.
