* Innovative & creative Diversity & Inclusion L&D programmes & offerings. Especially about race & racism links to (RECM) Race Equality Charter

* Mid- to upper management leadership programmes. 

* Volunteers to replace me, organising MRD Forum meetings and Jiscmail administration.
