Dear All
With apologies for cross-posting.
Registration is open for the conference Fears and Angers: Historical and Contemporary Perspectives, 19-20 June at Queen Mary, University of London (Mile End). Organised by the QMUL Centre for the History of the Emotions and the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions, this interdisciplinary conference includes a keynote panel on 'Sciences of Fears and Angers Today' with Sarah Garfinkel (University of Sussex), W. Gerrod Parrott (Georgetown University) and James Russell (Boston College), as well as a packed programme (see below) full of fascinating speakers and papers. Both the programme and registration are online: https://projects.history.qmul.ac.uk/emotions/events/fears-and-angers-historical-and-contemporary-perspectives/ (Direct registration link here http://eshop.qmul.ac.uk/conferences-and-events/conferences-events/conferences-events/fears-and-angers-historical-and-contemporary-perspectives )
Registration is very reasonably priced at £65 for unwaged/students and £90 for waged delegates and closes on June 12.
All welcome!
Best wishes
Helen
