Liverpool Hope University is seeking to appoint two highly enthusiastic and proactive Administrators to join the Student Administration team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy administrative department and develop a breadth of skills across the student lifecycle from application through to graduation incorporating admissions, registration, curriculum, assessments and examinations, appeals and graduation.
The successful candidate will be educated to Degree Level and have experience of working within a busy administrative environment ideally within the higher education sector. The candidate should possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and pay strong attention to detail. The ability to accept responsibility, work proactively and problem-solve is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
In addition, the candidate should be experienced in using a range of IT systems and be able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly. Experience of databases and attention to detail is crucial for these posts.
These two posts are full-time, permanent at grade 4 (£20,046-£22, 494). The closing date for applications is Thursday 29th June 2017 at 5.00pm (previous applicants need not apply). This position is limited to 50 applications.
