Dear Flavia,
I am not sure what you mean with "know all values". Do you just want to display one surface (thickness) file? Then use the Display Surface function, which assumes that your data are resampled and have the extension ".gii". To display the thickness values in native space you have to use the "Reset" button before to see also the thickness files without .gii extension.
If you want to plot or display the values at one vertex (or inside one cluster) for all files in your analysis then you can use the function Display Surface Results. There is an option for Plotting values for all files and the values are saved at the command line as variable "y".
Best,
Christian
