Dear Nadine,
This data should be flowing from your University's data management team (under registry, I expect) rather than from your library's URMS. It is possible to (re)configure a feed into ALMA. Alternatively trusted library staff could be given access to the data on SITS or an IDM application, or access to a pre-configured report on a student records system. Depends how time critical your access to the data would need to be.
Kind regards,

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Identifying where users are located in ALMA
Dear All,
We currently have a system where we can identify whether a student is based at our UK or one of our international campuses.
However, in the very near future we will moving to ALMA and have identified an additional requirement in order to show where our users are physically located and registered, e.g. Preston, Burnley, Cyprus.
Can anybody suggest the best way for us to do this in order for us to meet compliancy requirements as access to our resources differs between our UK and international campuses?
Many thanks!
