Hi everyone,
I thought this might be of interest for those who aren't aware of it. This week the Copyright Cortex was launched:
https://copyrightcortex.org/
Note that the site seems to be down this morning, so there may be teething problems... it was up yesterday.
The Copyright Cortex, developed by Queen’s University Belfast & CREATe, at the University of Glasgow, is a portal focussing on copyright, cultural heritage & digital humanities, providing introductions to basic copyright concepts as well as commentary & contextualisation on the hot topics facing archives, libraries and other memory institutions striving to make their collections accessible.
From the launch event site: 'the Copyright Cortex will become the principal point of reference for archives, museums, libraries and other memory institutions seeking information and expert commentary on how UK copyright law impacts the creation, access to and use of digital cultural heritage.'
All the best,
Stephen
