It does seem more of an addition to the cloud than a replacement. Concentrating more on visitor access than public access.
I cant see what advantage this has over using something like clearpass guest if you have to get users to sign up and agree to T&C's etc.

rather than extending the current arrangement with The Cloud. Details seem to be leaking out slowly.
